At the end of the week, month or quarter go through your diary and notes and/or reflect on the past week.
Reflect on the events, actions, behaviours and interactions in your lifespending at least 15 minutes to recap.

Your Karma scores are displayed graphically on a weekly or yearly basis. Trends can therefore be easily seen. Data can be shared.
Behaviour changes will lead to different Karma scores.
Over time, consistently high karma scores will result in noticeable improvements in luck and fortune. The Law of Karma in operation.
Rules of thumb based on authors experience:
Consistent scores over 80% will result in increasing good fortune starting from six months onward.
Scores between 50 and 80 will realise positive outcomes gradually over time.
Scores between 20 and 50 will give obstacles to your progress with lucky breaks harder to come by.
Scores below 20 will lead to many obstacles with no breaks or solutions.
Note: Life will still throw you challenges to overcome but with high Karma scores you are much better equipped to handle and overcome them.
